Instructions:
Book Scholarships are 60/40 matching
grants and are provided on a first-come,
first-served basis to students and
residents.
Steps:
1) To receive the scholarship for the
book, Medical Spanish: A Survival
Tool, go to the Matching Payment Page. There you can make
your 40% matching payment.
2) Your completion and submission of this form certifies
that you have had financial need and are a student or resident.
3) Please allow three to six weeks for processing and delivery.
4) Prepare for a great resource and a fantastic learning
experience.
