Instructions:
Book Scholarships are 60/40 matching
grants and are provided on a first-come,
first-served basis to students and
residents.
Steps:
1) To receive the scholarship for the
book, Medical Spanish: A Survival
Tool, first go to the Matching Payment Page. There you can
make your 40% matching payment.
2) After completing that process, close the payment
window.
3) Next, complete and submit the Online Application.
4) Your completion and submission of this form
certifies that you have had financial need and are a
student or resident in the institution mentioned on the
application.
5) Please allow three to six weeks for processing and delivery.
6) Prepare for a great resource and a fantastic learning
experience.
